Lordships’
action is humbly prayed for striking down Article 122 and restricting Article
105 of the Constitution of India because of the infringement of the ordinary
rights of the citizens of India like one of the petitioner by a few privileged
members of the Lok Sabha in the House proceedings on 13.02.2014 (Thursday), as
the citizens of India have an ordinary right to have a Lok Sabha conducting its
business non criminally and as per the letter and spirit of the Constitution of
India. Penalizing severely the wrong doers is also prayed for as the feelings
of the petitioner is deeply hurted.
